As a therapist with considerable experience I work a lot with depression, bipolar issues, anxiety, post traumatic stress, sleep and chronic pain issues. I feel that one of the most important therapeutic experience is to be listened to and often this is clarifying enough to be healing. But there are many ways to solve problems and to get through tough issues and times. Much of the time I work in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies and Mindfulness Meditation to help solve these issues.

  • Received Doctorate in Psychology (clinical orientation), 1985. Marriage and Family License 1979. Specialties are in the application of Mindfulness Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (MCBT) to the clinical problems of Depression, Pain Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Issues, Stress Disorders, Sleep and Insomnia problems, Childhood Family and Marital Problems. In addition, comprehensive experience in Behavior Modification with severe behavioral disorders. Subspecialization in developmental disabilities since 1986.
